Jasmine's aim is to write music which is experimental and conceptual. Her particular area of interest is self awareness and the psyche. Jasmine is also interested in using music as a tool to express and explore personal freedom, love and sexuality (in a physiological rather than a commercial sense).

Jasmine is currently working on her second album, which will be made available through mp3.com. This album will be Jasmine's first 'experimental' Album.

Biography.

Jasmine has been writing songs using sequencer, synth, and sampler, since she was about 11. Now at 24 she is working on her second album. Jasmine's first album 'Stong Tides' is available from mp3.com

Jasmine is an accomplished flautist (grade 8), despite her classical training her passion is for improvisational work based on funk, jazz, and soul. Jasmine also plays piano, guitar and bass.

In addition to writing and producing her own work, Jasmine has also collaborated with other artists as a vocalist. She has many compositions to her name, a selection can be found on the tracks page, alternatively previews can also be found on her sites at CDstreet and mp3.com (see the tracks page on this site for more details).

Other Aspects of Jasmine.

Jasmine is a committed animal lover and is an enthusiastic campaigner for animal rights. She has four cats of varying sanity and a completely mad Shih tzu. It is Jasmine's hope that one day she will have the resources to found her own animal sanctuary

Jasmine has a strong interest in spiritualism and psychic development, she frequently experiences premonitions and alternative perception through dreams.

Another of Jasmine's creative pursuits is painting. Most of her work is of an abstract modern style, a gallery of Jasmine's paintings will be added to this site in the future.
